Ideally equipped for the future.

Alternative substrates are becoming increasingly important for powder coating – they achieve more with less. The proportion of aluminium material will decrease in future in favour of light components made of GRP and MDF, which already forms the base as an innovative material for high-quality furniture. IGP is well prepared for this development. Today we can already offer ideal powder coatings for these innovative materials. You benefit in several ways – from an ecological coating, low stoving temperatures and from powder coatings which finish and protect the function of your design in the long term.

New raw materials on the market combined with IGP-Technology enables this
(r)evolution in low-temperature powder coatings. The range of curing temperatures from 130°C and curing times of 3 minutes are unrivalled by existing powders on the market!

The youngest member of the IGP-RAPID family is the IGP-RAPIDcomplete, a (r)evolution in the low-temperature powder sector. This unique, special product is characterised by lower temperatures with very short retention times. New, thus far uncoatable substrates become coatable with this new technology.
