A week ago, Anina started as a strategic buyer at IGP Powder Coatings in Switzerland. We asked her how she experienced her first day at work.

Anina embarked on her new professional adventure last Thursday with great anticipation and found her start very positive. The modern, professional atmosphere appealed to her from the very beginning. In her role as a buyer, she particularly enjoys the lively contact with various departments and external partners. She also appreciates the opportunity to make relevant decisions for the company through her work and to take responsibility. Anina describes her first day as being characterized by cordial interaction, lots of interesting information and an optimistic view of the future. "I'm doing very well at the moment, I feel comfortable and valued," says Anina. Getting to know her team and numerous other employees was the highlight of the day for Anina. For the time ahead, Anina hopes that the positive impressions of the first few days will continue. In particular, the prevailing working atmosphere motivates her to start each day with joy and to grow together with IGP.
