Mercator One
The 2,000 m² site on Portsmouthplatz in Duisburg underwent redevelopment with the goal of restructuring the area surrounding the central station. The primary focus was enhancing the urban design of the regenerated Portsmouthplatz with an architecturally sophisticated new building.

The new structure makes an urban statement, featuring a façade clad in premium materials – predominantly large glass and aluminum elements. The ground floor, with its extensive glass elements, provides transparency and a sense of lightness. The versatile architecture allows for various types of office use across four floors.
